The Products displayed/ sold on the Manhar website are sourced from the artisans across the country, and are sold and shipped by Manhar to its customers. We ship through registered and established courier companies for orders within India and outside India.

For Domestic orders, products will be delivered within 5-6 business days in Standard Shipping. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

For International Orders delivery duration will depend on the shipping partner you chose at the checkout.

We also offer other fast shipping options depending upon the destination. You can get to chose the option at checkout.

Shipping Charges

We generally offer free shipping across the country (India) on minimum purchase of 999.00 & above. However Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order if your total order is under 999.00 or it is an Internatonal order.

For international orders, shipping charges will be applicable. If any custom or duty charges of the respective destination country is applicable, customer has to take care of it because thats not what is under our control.

Shipping of products

All orders are processed from different locations of our Artist's places across India in most cases. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Tracking package

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the order number on our web platform, from the “Track Order” link in the website footer & header.

Non-availability on delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

For international orders if our delivery partner will fail to deliver your order to your address due to your unavailability like Your Phone is not reachable, Wrong address, No Landmark is mentioned, etc, you have to follow up with the courier partner at your location to get your package. We will not be responsible for any loss of package in that case. Though we will try to deliver our best effort to help you in following up.

Modes of payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and new-age payment options like UPI etc. We have industry prominent names as our third party payment gateways.

For International Orders we accept payment in Paypal, Credit cards & international payment gateways. Currency converation rates may applicable if bank will charge.

Cancellations

Cancellation request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

  • If you ask refund in your bank account or in your original payment method, you will get the amount after deducting the payment gateway charges applicable on your payment & refund. Remaining amount will be returned within 7-8 working days.
  • 100% refund can be given back as store credit or coupon.

Manhar to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements, and we put our best efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in the right condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side.

The product should be returned in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering, should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any product related to religious / worship idols, Beauty products, Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
